A blog is just what's on your mind, so bare with me as I relive my favorite cars I've owned.
My first car while I was attending Art Center in the late 50's
These are photos of me & my first special order car. purchased new on special order with Tiger Gold paint job & after market Indy Style deep-dish rims.. specked for touring with 4 speed transmission, cermatalic brakes & stiffer suspension.
Here is the latest one, my current ride. I designed what I call "car tats", to breakup the negative space on the body panels.
Red Baron #67 Oil on hardboard panel
Design study inspired by "The curves of the prancing stallion". The "lines" mimic the horses graceful contours, notice the front fenders evolve into the body like a horse's withers.
I'm not a pilot, so this just my opinion.
Anyone else have this movie in their most favorite list? This one does it for me, along with "Those Magnificent Men in their Flying Machines".
Wouldn't this be nice..... An All GM 50's car show!
THE MAGIC OF PHOTOSHOP
